Board of Directors

As per the SSCASV CC&R's, there are no paid positions. All (7) Board of Directors (BoD) are "volunteers" elected from the 70 members within the community. Each March, (4) or (3) BoD positions are up for election. BoD positions are held for two years. There are 6 scheduled board meetings and 1 annual meeting per fiscal year. Each newly elected BoD convenes a special meeting to determine what position each of the (7) directors will hold: President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, or Director. (**) BoD member positions identified for election this next March.

HOA members are also strongly encouraged to attend and participate in the community's budget planning meetings beginning each August--it's your money!

Sierra Springs webmaster is assigned under the HOA Secretary for distribution of community information. This site was established to help minimize mailing costs and provide community tenants a repository for critical documents and Board information. The establishment of a Sierra Springs website was voted and approved by the Board of Directors on 17 June 2008.
